Har Kao & Siew Mai : S$2.20 & S$1.80 respectively
Har Kao (Shrimp Dumpling) has springy chewy prawns although the "crystal-liked" wrap was abit thick. Siew Mai was pretty common and nothing to rave about.

Pu Shi Dan Tat (Portuguese Egg Tarts) : S$3.00 (2 qty)
Tastes similar and close to what we have from the KFC. Color of the crust was white and flaky. I will prefer them to be served warmer.

Service
After placing our order with the staff, the order was summarized in the slip given and place on the table. And this will be strike off one by one as the dish arrives. This practice had been seen commonly in most of the dim sum places.

A large group of head counts were seen. Service was quite prompt with staff coming once in a while to check the remaining orders. Friendly and cheerful staff are seen. However food that comes to us was very slow.

Ambience
As we reached there, the internal were full house and we can only sit outdoors. Swee Choon Dim Sum has gained its reputation over the years and loved by the majority. Besides selling dim sum, they are also selling other chinese dishes.

Price
Pricing is reasonable.

Recommendations / Tips
My conclusion for Swee Choon Dim Sum's is standard of food was more of the "sit-on-the-fence" scale, whereby, their dim sums are not run-of-the-mill nor the lousy ones. Nothing too bad and nothing too good. However, they have matches the basic taste and criteria of a normal dim sum meal thus giving a very good guideline what is expected in the dim sum cuisine.
