The dim sum at Yan Palace just keeps making you go back for it. This time round I went with my best friend, there were only two of us so the variety we ordered was not as many as the other visit. I must say their deep fried golden mushroom is really unique. I remembered the last I had this dish was in Taiwan one of the night market, never found such a dish in Singapore. Their glutinous lotus rice is really good. I like the texture of the rice, very soft and chewy. the carrot cake is really good
