Yea, finally a chance to eat the xiao long bao at Din Tai Fung. even though this was not the first time i am eating at here. But the feeling to be back is always as new as the first time i patronized. This is because the xiao long bao here never failed to let me down, as i can gobble up one whole basket of 10 Xiao long bao when i am hungry But i shall not be greedy this time, as i ordered and shared it with my sister. If you read up the menu, at the last page of the menu, it stated that, each and every xiao long bao has eighteen layers. after a count on few of the ten, it is true that each and every xiao long bao did has eighteen layers to seal up.
