This is at the ground floor of Swissotel Hotel. I had sea bass fillet. It is nicely decorated and the fillet is placed on top of the mashed potato served warm. I like it!
We ended off our dinner with their famous creme brulee It is served on a sizzling pan and lighted up the surface of the dessert. Woah~~ A perfect view of the CBD up in 70 storeys high.
However, the price is rather steep as compared to other fine dining restaurant.
