A family outing for dinner with my grandma. All of us are busy with our daily life and we took time off to bring my grandma out for dinner. Reserved a table a few days before. Heng, if not we have to stand outside the restaurant to wait for our turn. Putien has rather good business during weekends. We ordered buns wrapped with seasoned meat. We ordered buns wrapped with seasoned meat. Something special~ The restaurant is rather thoughtful and provided us with plastic hand gloves so that we can wrapped the meat in the bun without making our hands oily.
We also had herbal prawns, 2 prawns each. The herbal soup is superb! All of you should give it a try.
Squirrel fish, cute name. It is also fried to perfection and the bone of the fish is skillfully removed by the chef and at the same time, maintaining the fish head and tail. Sweet and sour sauce is added to the fish.
Fried yam as our appetizer. My grandma's favourite.
Braised beancurd. Hmm, I will not recommend this dish as personally I dont like the taste of it. The sauce and beancurd is a bit sour.Overall, food is filling and yums! The environment is rather noisy. Will be back here again for casual meals.
