Seletar Hill Restaurant is a place which i will come once in a while cause it's really near my place. And personally there's 3 dishes which i will always like to order which is the signature smoked duck, Kong Ba Bao and the stringbeans ( 四季豆 ). With these 3 items, it will make a great dinner and goes so well with my rice! I don't know why but somehow after trying the stringbeans ( 四季豆 ) elsewhere, i still prefer Seletar Hill Restaurant one. I can't seems to find the right word to describe but

I can't seems to find the right word to describe but it's simply done in the right way i like. Signature smoked duck dipped in the sauce is a delicious combination! And the Kong Ba Bao.... All the fatty layer of goodness with a right ratio of lean meat. It goes equally well with the bun or just pair it with rice and drizzle the gravy over it. Very yummy!
I'm drooling as i think about it now!
