Go before 3pm for dim sum at 30% off. They are rather inflexible about the timing, there was once whereby they refused to accommodate us even though it was barely 2.45pm. Nevertheless, environment is good and they have pretty decent dim sum. Liked the mini abalone lotus rice (2 servings); salted egg yolk buns were good as well. The common char siew bao, siew mai, and har gao were also alright.
