Went by to Waraku the other day for dinner. I had their Katsu Don as I was really lazy to sample other dishes. All I wanted was a decent, fill-the-tummy dish.I like how the meat is really thick yet tender, the sauce goes down all the way to the rice, and the onion slices were just nice…Stir the whole egg, onion and rice together… bite the meat…Oh *Xing Fu *Xing Fu *Xing Fu!So what if the restaurant has all sorts of beautiful dishes and cuisine? I think just by mastering the basics, it would say

I think just by mastering the basics, it would say alot about a restaurant.
And in this case of the Waraku restaurant, they certainly have their basics right.
