I wanted to dine in somewhere with a fine dining environment yet nothing on western, and so I decided to bring my partner over to Dozo after hearing some good recommendation from my food explorer friends. I had the Beef Tenderloin on Hot Stone and the presentation of it scored an Ace to me. The hard work from the chef pays off as not only it looks pretty, it taste awesome as well. The beef tenderloin is soft and not chewy, done-ness of it is pretty well obtained. The hot stone doesn't overcooked the beef at all and you will know the chef grabs hold of the timing well. It does cost a bomb dining here but for the quality of the food, I wouldn't mind going back at all next time.
