We were taking a stroll after dinner at The Central, and stumbled upon Aquanova- distinctively stood out from the rest of the pubs / clubs at Clarke Quay because it was bathed in a sea of soft blue lighting, making it irresistably alluring and sensual.Hence we decided to enjoy their music and chill out there, with drinks. I had the Melon Nova cocktail - a concoction of gin, melon extract, triple second and Jell-O bits. It was a very refreshing and delicious drink, light and sweetly infused with melon's sharp fragrance. The Jell-O bits added some kick to the drink, loved the feeling when the slimy bits swam across my mouth when I sipped the drink.We would definitely love to be back here for food one day.
