Brought a set of the dry minced meat u mian together with a cup of tea. Firstly, the noodle was well cooked, soft and chewy texture, not too dry and not stick together. The seasoning of the noodle was also sufficient not too bland or over season and has a mild spicy flavour. This dry minced meat u mian also includes ingredients such as deep fried meat dumpling, vegetables, minced meat, fishball and braised mushroom. The deep fried meat dumpling has a crispy texture and has sufficient fillings. H

The deep fried meat dumpling has a crispy texture and has sufficient fillings. However, the amount of the minced meat given was a bit too little. Overall, just a normal dry minced meat noodle.
