I've been eating so much these days, someone needs to kill me. I was so caught up with eating and didn't really have time to feed my camera, so here is actually just a portion of what we ate. This is also my first Sakae buffet! Sakae Tea-Time Buffet = All coloured plates (except Red/Pink) + 1 Red plate + 1 Pink plate + 1 Dessert (Mango/Tiramisu Ice-cream) + 1 Udon Noodle Soup (which I totally didn't eat cos' was too full from stuffing myself silly with sushi)*Note to Self: Spare some space for t

If you have a big stomach, go ahead and eat whatever you want. Anyway it's a buffet!
The Red Plates
Tip! You can order the red plates from the iPad located at your table instead of picking them off the conveyor belt. You can recognize the red plates by its pricing of $5.99.
Salmon wrapped around rice with more salmon inside the rice with a cucumber and the crab/prawn(?!) sauce topped above. As you can see. There is also cheese inside! Aha - a surprise, right?

Mango Salmon Hand Roll! This one I remember. Heh. Cos' it's really interesting! I like eating hand rolls, yet I don't like them because... is it just me or the seaweed is super tough to bite?! End up dismantling the whole thing. The mango is really sweet & juicy. Didn't really like the veggies though.The Desserts
Tiramisu or mango (sorbet) ice-cream in a cup! Tried both and I'll say: go with the mango sorbet.
Kani Tempura (Crabstick). I think I didn't eat this, because it's so fried-looking and I'm already stuffed.
Fried Hotate. This is good and I love it!!! Unfortunately it is also fried and instantly bloats you up. Eat this only if you have a huge appetite. If I were not eating a buffet I would order this.
Fried Tofu drizzled over by teriyaki sauce. This one... was okay only.
Chawanmushi, no questions. You need this

It's pretty satisfying overall, but it kind of made me scared of sushi for a while. Okay not really, I ate one tray just now - maybe sick of sushi for two days. Quite a good buffet experience. Perfect if you wake up late and then you can eat this meal to settle both your lunch and dinner at one go. It's pretty worth it if you come to think of it, especially if you're within the Youth category hahaha. Less than $20 for two meals The green tea at the side is not part of the buffet but it's really mad fragrant & nice!
