Jurong Point has alot of makan places and Ambush is one of them. It is a western restaurant which provides italian cuisines (pasta), swiss cuisines (like rosti) and etc.Out of curiosity, I have decided to try out this squid ink pasta. It does not look appealing with its colour of course. At first few taste, I thought that it is quite a nice dish. However, as I continue to eat, I think it is too salty for me.
