some days you just need someone to butter you up the right way.today was one of those days. i needed a pick me up.and a butter me over.life was just too hard to deal sometimes.coconut, eggs and sugar. never knew they could make such good jam. also better known as kaya in our local context. i love the toast here.and i admire the ladies who stand over the grill. flipping toast as if the heat didn't matter. these small and thick slices of creamy butter atop kaya slathered toast. makes life a little
