Sold at slightly more than a dollar each, eclairs are served chilled. The chocolate coating over the puff doe snot taste too sweet and is slightly hard adding texture to each bite of the eclair. The cream in the eclair was however disappointing to me because unlike some eclairs which have chocolate cream stuffed in the eclair, Polar chose white cream which is a little over powering covering the taste of the puff and chocolate coating. Additionally, the cream within the eclair is too sweet for me
