Delifrance @ Toa Payoh HDB Hub is a cafe with an open concept setting. It is considered to be self-service if you are getting a sandwich or Danish as the staff would serve them right away at the cash counter upon payment. Otherwise, dishes like pasta and baked rice would be served to your table of course. I ordered the egg mayo croissant sandwich for lunch, so fulfilling and yummy.
