Poulet in Jurong Point is an open-concept restaurant where you can people-watch while dining here. Similarly other people can also constantly peer in (or down, from the second/third floor) at what you are eating. So if you're big on private dining you probably wouldn't like it here. It's good for the first experience of what the rave over Poulet is about, but not really enticing (price & quality-wise) enough for a second visit.
Poulet's Cappuccino ($4.50): This is quite a memorable cuppa. It is really fragrant and smooth, and one of the better quality coffees around here. Really enjoyed it. I would recommend this if you're looking for a beverage to order at Poulet!
