filling braised duck rice

I really like the braised duck rice from yu kee. So when I happened to pass by west mall and saw the yu kee, I knew I had to da bao back home for dinner. The rice is so fragrant, it is not the normal white rice, it is actually yam rice if I am not wrong. The duck is sliced pretty thinly, it is so smooth and tender. I hate those duck which are just so tough and chewy. they also added in tau gua and braised peanuts into the bowl. Finally they topped it off with their braised gravy. The braised gra

I hate those duck which are just so tough and chewy. they also added in tau gua and braised peanuts into the bowl. Finally they topped it off with their braised gravy. The braised gravy to me was the highlight of the dish, it is a little salty but it goes well with the ingredients and the rice. very satisfying to me.
