I had a food trail at Bugis Junction with few bloggers on a sunny Saturday. We went to 10 stops within the building and the first stop is with Everythingwithfries.Let's see what we have that day:-One Egg Soup ($6.90). Let's see what we have that day:-One Egg Soup ($6.90). A creamy soup with an artwork of fried egg-whites floating like a lotus leaf on a lake. The soup is made only with an egg. The soup taste is hearty and very appealing as appertizer.
Skinny Wings ($6.90). I always love to have wings and their version is skinnier version. The texture was crispy in the outer and tender in the inner.
Wild NZ King Salmon ($18.90) The serving portion was generous and the salmon was nicely done. The skin was crispy and the fish taste soft and smooth. Everyone loves this dish.
Char-grilled Beef Karubi ($21.90 ) Served with grilled boneless US prime beef shortrib, braised till tender and then char-grilled with truffle oil fries. The sauce blends well with the beef as the meat texture was quite soft and it goes well with the sauce. The chef really does put in effort for this dish.
Char-grilled Char Siew ($15.90 ). Served pork belly braised till tender and char-grilled with garlic sauce. The garlic sauce was special made by the chef to go well with the dish. The fries has the garlic taste as well. Loving the tenderness of the pork texture and it’s not too hard to cut.
Here comes the Tandoori Chicken Sandwich ($11.90).This is something interesting as the sandwich is done with char-flamed wholw chicken leg and own marinated tandoori . They tasted quite good with the slices of onions inside as well as with the curry fries.
Steak & Tulang @ S$25.80.The presentation attracts me especially the beef colours. The beef was medium rare done. I able to taste the sweetness and the juicyness of the beef. As for the marrow, it was well served with a nice tempting look for me.
We didn’t have time to have tried out the desserts as we need to rush to the second stop. It’s quite a pity as I read the reviews from the website stating that they served very good Nutella Tart. I would love to give it a try when i have the chance to drop by. It’s a nice place for friends gathering as the price was decent with the portion served.張貼
