Where should I start?? Han Kee fish beehoon had been my comfort food for the longest time!! The soup was light and clear. I especially loved the Chinese parsley and fried garlic/onions added, which definitely helped to highlight the already naturally sweet and flavourful fish broth. Vegetables were aplenty - high approval points given! The main star - the thick slices of Batam fish were fresh and tender.
