Cafe Cartel has always been a favourite place to relax and chill, especially ifone manages to snare one of the comfy booth seats with sofas that enable one to sit back and put up one's feet. Sunday mornings are busy times when families stream in for their big value breakfasts but in the afternoon the pace is quieter.
