Fishball that is soft as cotton

Most of the time, I do not really pay particular attention on the fishball when I eat fishball noodle. I seem to forget that they should be the 'main character' instead of the noodle. This fishball that I tasted at this foodcourt made me realise that most of the fishball I eat at other place seem to be the same . But this fishball made such a difference that drew my attention. The fishball are really soft!
The bowl of fishball noodle does not come cheap ($4.50) but every bowl come with 6 huge fishballs , so I think is worth the money. The condiment used for the sauce was great too. The saltiness and sweetness complement the noodle well. I already went back for a few times and I am still LOVING IT.
