I don't know what possessed me to order Carbonara that day as I've always been skeptical about the quality of cream dishes from restaurants, let alone a school cafe. Needless to say, the carbonara was a disappointment, not because of the dish itself, but because of cooking methods; there was a fishy taste that contaminated the entire dish, probably because they didn't wash/ change the pan between dishes. The sauce for the spaghetti wasn't too creamy but I couldn't bring myself to finish the spag

The sauce for the spaghetti wasn't too creamy but I couldn't bring myself to finish the spaghetti due to the fishy taste. What a waste!
