Birthday cake for my friendsThe fruitcake taste just average ,fruits was fresh,coated with a layer of clear jelly but too much cream so after few bite,we feel abit sick of it The sponge cake is very fast & after keep inside fridge for 2-3days still soft i like their soft texure cake ,it would be better if they can cut down the cream
