This afternoon I have visited a long wishes lunch outlet at Bukit Merah, SEASALT - THE SEAFOOD PLACE. Excellent service with fresh salmon and more importantly it is well cooked.I have brought a friend along to the outlet this afternoon and had ordered Fresh Salmon Fish for our lunch recommended by the friendly chef. I have brought a friend along to the outlet this afternoon and had ordered Fresh Salmon Fish for our lunch recommended by the friendly chef. It is a self-service outlet that use the food paging system from www.antfi.com again.
It took the chef about 15-25 mins to prepare and page for us. Here comes my fresh salmon fish with seasalt sprinkle around it. I took the first taste on the salmon fish with seasalt - whow it is damn fresh just like it was cooked afresh a minute ago. The Fresh Salmon Fish was served with 2 prawns and salad which was also very meningful. I can only said it has enlighten my whole of the afternoon.
The only setback is the plate is not very class. Other then that the rest were excellent! 5 star ***** 張貼
