I've fond of eating Fried Hokkien Mee at Hawker Centre since childhood times. The very first delicious Hokkien Mee I had at my neighborhood hawker, was cooked in a rich prawn and pork broth soup taste. Hence it struck me deeply how a humble of Fried Hokkien Mee should taste like. Every strain of noodles are coated perfectly with the prawn and pork broth. Not too watery and it smells fragrant when it is served piping hot on the table. Foremost, it has tantalizing taste.
