Another famous stall from this food centre. The yellow noodle and thick bee hoon were well-braised in savory prawn stock to give its the flavor and right texture. The ingredients like squids and prawns tasted really fresh. And for those that love fried pork lards should not missed trying this particular plate of fried hokkien prawn noodle as a generous amount of crispy pork lards can be found amongst that pile of noodles. They separated their sambal chilli together with the lime in a small saucer. I will poured it right back into the noodle and mixed it well before started to eat it.
This is one of my favorite stall whenever i have gotten a crazy crave for fried hokkien prawn mee.
