One of the most famous fried hokkien prawn mee in Singapore. You need patience if you want to eat it. The waiting time is really crazy. It can be as long as 45 minutes if you come during their peak hours. This might be the only fried hokkien prawn mee stall that refused to serve their noodle with sambal chilli but replaced it with red cut chillies with a lime. They did not use the thick bee hoon but the thin bee hoon to fry with yellow noodle in tasty stock. The texture was moist and nice. MUST
