This fried kway teow was absolutely delicious! The serving was indeed quite generous for $3, and the kway teow was neither too oily nor dry for any one to dislike. In an essence, it was done just right - well balanced and moist enough. Each bite you take is a savoury one, the hum were fresh and tasty, the fish cakes were springy and the sprouts added crunch to the whole dish.
