fried sweet potato

Recently I have got the liking for goreng pisang or fried banana. This stall besides having the fried banana also has fried sweet potato so I decided to order that since it is not as filling as banana. The batter is somewhat like those tempura batter and it is very thin, so you really get to have more of the sweet potato than batter. I was also surprised to find that it isn't too oily and it does not have an "oily" smell which sometimes do happen if they reuse the oil for too many times. The swe

This stall besides having the fried banana also has fried sweet potato so I decided to order that since it is not as filling as banana. The batter is somewhat like those tempura batter and it is very thin, so you really get to have more of the sweet potato than batter. I was also surprised to find that it isn't too oily and it does not have an "oily" smell which sometimes do happen if they reuse the oil for too many times. The sweet potato is quite sweet and soft and overall, I really liked it. I will try their fried banana next time.
