Yes. We do have a healthier way to our sinful cravings for icecream - Berrylite Frozen Yogurt! Being 100% fat-free, I feel no guilt enjoying this snack/dessert to the last bit. Since they occasionally changes their yogurt flavours, I went ahead to get the new Mountain Berry flavour and topped it up with strawberries, peaches and honeyballs. ($5.40). The thing about frozen yogurt is that sometimes it makes you forget that it's frozen yogurt and you keep eating it like its icecream yet it's a heal

The thing about frozen yogurt is that sometimes it makes you forget that it's frozen yogurt and you keep eating it like its icecream yet it's a healthier alternative so it's kinda the best of both worlds!
