Whips Cupcakes (已結業)

Craving for cupcakes recently and found the nice on at Icon Village in Tanjong Pagar. I stand in front of the cupcakes and try to figure out what is the different between the beautiful cupcakes. They do not have tag to tell the names of the cupcakes or even the flavor of each cupcake. I’ve to ask the staff there one by one. At the end, I can’t remember anyone of them.
