Ooooh I love xiao long baos. I love how you'd try to burst a little hole in the dough and allow the soup to slowly but preciously ooze out into your mouth, allowing your tongue to capture the whole flavour.Din Tai Fung's is still my number one when it comes to xiao long baos. I don't want to come across as judgemental but when it comes to Chinese food, all these really do feel so superior compared to horribly recooked(actually overnight) cai fan. I'm so glad we could conveniently get such good Chinese food whenever we'd want. Xiao long baos from Din Tai Fung in takeaway boxes do taste good too, when microwave heated up.
