Writing this review is making me hungry again. It was a treat from my colleagues as well as to celebrate Christmas last year. One main attraction at this buffet here is there is a chef cooking the live prawns LIVE as in on the spot. Some might find it disturbing but it is to preserve the freshness of the prawn. This dish is called the drunkard prawns. As it was Christmas season, the buffet also provides log cakes and turkey for us on top of the usual dessets of cakes and ice cream. To make our buffet worth the price, we took many rounds of their chili crabs too and fried steam bun. That chili crabs is a must must must take food item. It's finger's licking as the sauce is irresistible. I hope I have a chance to go back there to eat again.
