Good dim sum

Dim sum is one of my favourite foods to have for lunch because of the wide variety of dishes that you can try and enjoy. Peach garden is pretty competent in their dim sum offerings. Classics such as the char siew are done well, being caramalised and sticky and sweet. Fatty parts are used for juiciness and flavour although some pieces comprise completely of fat which is a turn off. Dim sum costs about 4-5 dollars per basket. Fatty parts are used for juiciness and flavour although some pieces comprise completely of fat which is a turn off. Dim sum costs about 4-5 dollars per basket. The other dim sum that were also good included the siew mai and the har gao with big chunks of prawn inside that were fresh and succulent.
