Good jap food

I have always preferred Sushi Tei over other japanese food chains like MOF or Sakae Sushi. Sushi Tei serves a huge variety of quality japanese food that makes you crave for more; no surpise, sushi tei is also popular among my friends. I tried the Salmon Mentai with rice; the sauce was extremely delicious - I think it is a combination of fish roe and mentaiko(?). One of the better salmon I have eaten.
