It was so good, the scallop was really fresh and sweet. The yam paste is not too sweet, a little thick as well. When you bite into the dish, there is this crunch, the outside is so crunchy while the inside is soft. Love the contrast in texture. The steam glutinous rice with lotus leaf is really good, the rice is very sticky and soft. The lotus leaf made the rice smell really fragrant. it was really filling.
