After all these years, Pizza Pazza is still being swarmed by the office crowd during the lunch time as well as people from all walks of life. Chicken Primavera ($6.00)
The Chicken Primavera has a generous variety and amount of vegetables are used to make this a very balance, healthy and hearty meal. The delectable combination of mushrooms, carrots and cucumbers can never go wrong with the aglio olio spaghetti and the juicy chicken slices. Topped with chili flakes, sliced parsley and grounded black pepper, this is simply delicious and I will highly recommend this. I would say that this is my all time favourite!
Chicken Lasagne ($6.50)
This Chicken Lasagne it’s different from others which are overly rich and creamy. For this, it was beautifully done with a generous portion of minced chicken between the pasta slices. The pasta slices went very well with the white sauce as it doesn’t have the very thick and sticky texture and it doesn’t leave a creamy fattening taste in the mouth. For lasagne lovers out there, there is also a choice of beef lasagne to choose from.
Pannacotta ($1.80)
The Pannacotta is an Italian expression which literally means “cooked cream”. The soft, smooth and tender custard like pudding, topped with the brown sugar sauce looks so simple yet it is pure pleasure where it simply melt in your mouth, leaving you completely soaked in bliss. This Pannacotta, I would say that it’s a simple creation from a genius who knows what is the meaning of simple pleasures in life.
