Today, I was shopping at Orchard Road and wondering what to buy for dinner. I walked pass this Ayam Bakar Ojolali stall and I could smell the grilling aroma from outside. Hence, I decided to buy takeaway for my dinner.I ordered this Grilled Pomfet. The price was not cheap though at $8.When I opened the box, I could smell the heavy aroma of grilling fish. When I opened the box, I could smell the heavy aroma of grilling fish. The looked of the Grilled Pomfet was very delicious.
The taste of the Grilled Pomfet skin was quite sweet and nice. The Pomfet seem to have been deep fried and then grilled. However, the meat was a little disappointing. The meat though tasted fresh but was quite dry.
There were two types of chilli included. Both chilli tasted too spicy and raw, not to my liking. The black chili got the lemon grass taste and the red chilli was quite raw tasting.
