The main difference between a Hakka vs the general yong tau foo is that the food is usually stuffed with minced pork (with shreds of carrots & spring onions, etc), and they are fried. Taste wise - I couldn't really tell the difference as there wasn't much meat filling on each piece. Still, the overall taste wasn't too bad. The soup was clear with a nice fragrance of ikan billis and yellow beans.
