I decided to try it out, after my friend recommended me.The coffee shop is easy to locate as it is just after the bridge behind ICA Building. Then came the grumpy kopi uncle who took the drink orders. The coffee shop looked shabby and there is a residential dog hanging around. For those who are afraid of dogs, don't worry. The menu at Happy Chef was extensive. They offer close to 15 variations of western food. I was distracted by the Stuff Pork Loin, Parmasan Chicken Cutlet, the Baby Back Ribs ( which looked like pork rib stew)and finally made my choice – Grilled Fish, just feels like having fish for today.
The lady who took my order was very friendly, while she tries to be nice despite the never ending Q and piling orders. You have to make payment upon ordering and she handed me a yellow table no. tag. The same lady also runs the food to our table.
