QBAB specializes in handcrafted kebabs which combine "traditional meat recipes" with "bespoke sauces", and based on my experience, it does that quite successfully.My customized kebab was fat and thick, enticing me to sink my teeth into its luscious goodness. After the customary shots, I plunged right in. The chicken was indeed as good as it looked, perhaps even better. It was succulent and so moist and tender. The fillings included cucumbers, carrots and cheese amongst others, and complemented the smoky chicken really well, balancing out its deep, savoury fragrance.
