Ordered the bamboo chicken which I have been craved for a long time. It came with a sauce plate of egg yolk for dipping. The dish was served pippin' hot and it tasted as good as the first time I ate it 2 years ago. My main dish was the signature Sanpou Ramen (Tonkotsu). It contains three treasures of Toroniku (braised pork cheek), Cha Shu (braised pork belly in char siew sauce) and Buta Kakuni (braised pork belly in special sauce) with black onion sauce.
