Jin Shan is located at the newly opened Marina Bay Sands. It is a cantonese restaurant with good ambience and beautiful interior decor. They have many signature dishes ranging from braised whole abalone, shark's fin soup to stir fried pork ribs with coffee sauce. For the shark's fine soup, you can really find pieces of shark fin.
