Hong Kong tim sum~!!i ordered a plate of guo tie.. meat pan fried dumplings.. you gotta dip it with vinegar and ginger.. to taste it.. crisp out .. mild moisture in it..i had XO fried carrot cake as well..not too spicy and oily..crispy and must eat it while its hot
