Thanks to my colleague who did a smart move to pre-order the food before reaching Ayer Rajah Food Centre as it saves lots of precious waiting time.We ordered the signature's Claypot Curry Fish Head (medium portion) at S$18.00 and a big plate of stirred fried kai lan for S$8.00. These food was shared among 4 pax. Table was "chopped" by the lady for us and our food was served shortly after we had settled down. Feels like dinning like a king, all in place! Thanks to my colleague who did a smart move to pre-order the food before reaching Ayer Rajah Food Centre as it saves lots of precious waiting time.

We ordered the signature's Claypot Curry Fish Head (medium portion) at S$18.00
and a big plate of stirred fried kai lan for S$8.00. These food was shared among 4 pax.

Table was "chopped" by the lady for us and our food was served shortly after we had settled down. Feels like dinning like a king, all in place! The pipping hot claypot with aluminum wrapper as based filled with the aroma of coconut milk while the fish meat is fresh and tender. This goes very well with our plate of plain rice. However we find that the ingredients are not up to the standard portion we expected. There is only 1 lady finger and a slice of tomato. Quite miserable.

Love the white wine smell that was paired with the stirred fried kai lan. The lacking part is that the vegetables are still quite raw. I will prefer a longer cooking time on them instead.

As I looked closer at the stall, I saw some chinese characters pasted “我有福建面,左边有卤面". I thought it was quite funny. Perhaps alot of customers mistakenly order braised noodle from them instead of the stall next door.
