The hot fudge is kind of thick and sticky so you need effort to spread on the hot cakes. but the hot cakes come pretty warm so i guess it does help in the spreading of the hot fudge. the sweetness of the hot fudge kind of balance out with the hot cakes so it is not too sweet. great way to kick start your day.
