Lots of people celebrate Christmas with a festive log cake or two, and it is usual indulgence in chocolate logs, however, this Christmas, during a BBQ party, I had a few slices of log cake, from Swensen's, which was an ice cream version, which was basically their signature cookies & cream flavour wrapped with a layer of vanilla sponge cake really. I think it was good, particularly because I like cookies and cream It's good, but I find it a tad too sweet. I prefer having the original lovely choc
