It was one of those crazy hot days. I decided to share an ice kachang with my partner when we happened to be here. It was a big pile of colorful shaved ice topped with sweet corn. When we dug further, ingredients like red beans, jelly cubes, atap seeds awaiting underneath that pile of shaved ice. The level of sweetness was just right. It is always a fun thing to share an ice kachang with a loved one or friend.
