Ichiban Boshi (已結業)

Ichiban Boshi has really nice sushi. I really enjoy going there with my family for a nice simple Japanese sushi meal. The sushi that we always order is the salmon maru one. It is really good with thick slices of salmon sashimi wrapped around perfectly cooked Japanese rice. The rice is perfectly seasoned being very very tasty! This is my favorite sushi rice so far. It really is very flavourful and a plus is the establishment is not too expensive!
